Our Thermal Deburring services are typically used for applications that feature inaccessible burrs, threaded holes, and pieces of flash with a large surface-to-mass ratio. By exposing the parts to quick bursts of heat we are able to vaporize unwanted burrs. Ifthe customer so desires we will then clean the part to eliminate any oxidation resude prior to shipment. We offer this service in additionto our coating services or as a stand alone service for parts that do not require an addition coating.
