Reliance Finishing strongly believes that a coating is only as good as the pretreatment process used to prepare the parts for paint, which is why we offer a selection of processes designed to treata wide variety of substrates while guarenteeing the long-term durability our customers have come to expect.
Powder Coating
Reliance Finishing Company entered the powder coat application business in 1994. Plant Three houses our black powder application process and featurs a new oven, monorail line, racking and packing areas, and all new brand-name powder coat equipment. The success of the first powder line led us to create a 2nd powderplant dedicated to rapid color change using a proprietary setup combining automated and off-line applicationmethods.
Liquid Coating
Reliance Finishing Company entered the liquid coat application business in 1954. Our operations began in what is now Plant Two with a small batch oven. Since that time we have grown into our present capacity.
Our 10 production booths are all custom made for Reliance by local fabricators. With these custom designed booths and our 45 years of experience in off-line spraying, we are in a unique position to satisfy our customer's particular requirements.
